The hotel is located above a supermarket. this made getting snacks and drinks convenient. i also appreciated the rooftop pool. It offered a refreshing escape. the gym included several machines. I used a treadmill and some free weights.
The bathroom sliding door was a bit annoying. It didn't close completely. i encountered an issue where the room outlets weren't working initially. technicians came to address the problem. it took a few days to resolve.

i was very happy with my stay. the hotel was clean, and its location was ideal, set slightly apart from the busiest areas. it was also impressively quiet, which i appreciate. a grocery store located directly under the hotel added a great convenience. the staff provided friendly service.
i noticed the breakfast area could become crowded during peak hours, making it sometimes necessary to wait for seating.

The rooftop has a pool, a park, and a stadium. The rooftop bar service and snacks are also on point. I appreciated the Dry Bar bath products provided. A gourmet grocery store right below the hotel is very convenient.
I would've liked more water, they were a little stingy, only allowing a small bottle for a king room, though our reservation was for two people.

The hotel is in a great location near banks, restaurants and shopping. It's also a block off 5th avenue, so things are quiet but not boring at all. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
