Compact Studios with Kitchenette
The studios at Apê Pátio Paulista include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with bed linen and towels. Some units have a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and kitchenware. Note that pots and pans are available for rent from the lobby vending machines. Rooms vary in size; some have no windows. The Superior and Deluxe studios offer more space. Keyless entry uses a door code or facial recognition.
Dining
There is no restaurant on the property. However, the lobby has a convenience vending machine area selling ready meals, snacks, drinks, phone chargers, shampoo, and even pet food. Shopping Paulista mall is a 3-minute walk away, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Casa das Rosas, Japan House, and Itaú Cultural are within walking distance for snacks and cultural events.
Amenities
The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift, and non-smoking rooms. Parking is available on site at an additional cost. Security includes key access, fire extinguishers, and 24-hour security. Luggage storage is available but limited to one bag per person. The building has a strong police presence on the surrounding streets. No spa, pool, or gym is provided.
Location
Apê Pátio Paulista sits at the start of Avenida Paulista, 2 km from MASP and 3 km from Ciccillo Matarazzo Pavilion. It is 4 km from Copan Building, 4 km from São Paulo Metropolitan Cathedral, and 5 km from Ibirapuera Park. The nearest metro station is a short walk, and Congonhas Airport is 9 km away. Many shops, supermarkets, and cultural centers are within a few blocks.
Services
Check-in is done via an online app before arrival, requiring personal details and a photo. The reception staff is available 24 hours to help with key codes, luggage storage, or minor issues. Housekeeping is provided, but guests must rent kitchen supplies and hair dryers from the lobby vending machines. Wi-Fi is free but can be unstable during peak hours. The hotel is pet-friendly (dog and cat food available in the lobby shop).
“For a short stay, this property's prime location on Paulista Avenue is a significant draw, placing you close to many city attractions and essential amenities with police presence nearby for added security. The compact, modern rooms, while basic, are well-equipped with kitchenettes and offer reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning, making them functional for the practical traveler. My initial impression is one of efficiency, particularly with the streamlined, electronic check-in process and the convenience of luggage storage.”
