the location was really convenient with the metro station just across the road. i found numerous restaurants nearby, including a lovely indiana restaurant next door. mcdonald's being under the building was certainly handy! the staff were helpful throughout my stay.
the toilet paper was not refilled .

the staff at the reception desk were polite. they offered free refill water, both sparkling and natural. this was really important for me as a guest. i found them communicative, helpful and attentive.

the room had everything i needed for my stay! the apartment includes a kitchenette! the apartments are very comfy and tidy. the room was recently renovated! though the lighting was dim.

luggage storage after check-out worked well! the hotel has easy access to the metro and tram. the building is modern and secure! there is a mini market close by! though the parking was expensive!

the metro station was just across the road. this made exploring very easy. restaurants were all around, i especially liked the indiana restaurant next door. mcdonald's downstairs was also very handy after a long day.
the room lighting was too dim. it was hard to differentiate colors in the morning. the kitchenware was stored on very high shelves. i needed a step ladder to reach them.
