Rooms are in former apartments in several buildings along Via Messina. Some rooms are small and dark, with basic furniture and tiny bathrooms. Others have good mattresses and excellent window soundproofing. All rooms include air conditioning and heating, but note that some guests reported issues with heating control. You get a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and daily housekeeping. The double bed is sometimes two single beds pushed together with separate sheets.

Breakfast is served in a separate flat at Via Messina 15, not in the same building as your room. It includes pre-packaged sweet items like croissants and packaged snacks. Cheese is available on request. There is no hot breakfast or fresh fruit. The breakfast room is shared with guests from other flats run by the same owners.

There is a shared lounge/TV area where guests can relax. Bicycle rental is available for exploring Rome. The property has a terrace. No spa, pool, or fitness facilities are on site.

The bed and breakfast is near Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera Metro Station, Villa Borghese, and Rome Termini Metro Station. It is a 20-minute walk from the Presidential Palaces (Quirinale) and close to Porta Pia. Bus and tram stops are right outside. Rome Ciampino Airport is 15 km away. Private parking is available on site, and airport shuttle service can be arranged.

Services include daily housekeeping, luggage storage, and packed lunches. There is a shared lounge/TV area. Bicycle rental and shuttle service (airport drop-off and pick-up) are available.
