I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was decent and clean, with a nice bathroom and a good breakfast selection, but the service regarding my reservation was deeply disappointing, as I was turned away upon arrival despite a confirmed booking. Overall, I felt the value for money wasn't quite there given the service issues that overshadowed the positives.
