I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was decent and clean, with a nice bathroom and a good breakfast selection, but the service regarding my reservation was deeply disappointing, as I was turned away upon arrival despite a confirmed booking. Overall, I felt the value for money wasn't quite there given the service issues that overshadowed the positives.

The room was clean, with a remodeled bathroom, but the bed's pillows were too soft for my taste. It was a good size for two people but lacked things like a bedside table.

The service left a lot to be desired, especially when it came to handling reservations. I arrived to find my booking had been canceled, and the front desk had no power to assist with that.
