Athens Panorama Project has 54 suites and maisonettes, ranging from 32 m2 to 80 m2. Rooms include air conditioning, free WiFi, a safe, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Each room also has a kettle. Suites offer a balcony or terrace. Some rooms have views of the patio and backside of the building. Front-side rooms on the third floor and up have panoramic views of Athens, Lycabettus Hill, Parthenon, Acropolis, and Saronic Gulf. Suites suitable for guests with disabilities are available. Rooms include a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and oven. Other amenities include soundproofing, a washing machine, tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities and a desk. The Classic and Acropolis View suites come with a Nespresso machine. The City View Suite features a magnifying mirror. Bathrooms include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Certain suites come with an electronic safety lock accessible via Wi-Fi, a unique code, or a hotel key card.

The Athens Panorama Project includes a seasonal pool, open from May. Located on the 7th floor, it offers panoramic views of the Acropolis, Saronic Gulf, Lycabettus Hill, and Athens.
