dirty bathroomworn furniture
I was given a room that wasn't properly cleaned. I found hairs in the bathroom. the balcony furniture looked very worn. i also noticed the ice machine on my floor was out of service. Getting ice was inconvenient. these things definitely detracted from the overall experience.
