loud air conditioning small bathroom
The location was decent. It was reasonably close to some attractions.
The room was not good though. the air conditioning was loud. the bathroom was also quite small. It really needed a refresh.

the location is wonderful. the front desk staff was nice and attentive to anything i needed. entertainment occurred on the weekends, a plus..
The elevators were super slow. the ice machine on our floor was broken. It had been that way for a while. i would not recommend this place.

The room included a king bed and blackout curtainswith a restful environment. the provided toiletries were from a quality brand. the hotel features a well-equipped fitness center. It had modern treadmills and elliptical machines.
the ice machine on my floor was temporarily out of service.

beautiful view complimentary drinks
the hotel has a very convenient location near many points of interest. the lobby offers a beautiful view of the harbor and boats. i appreciated the live music at the bar one evening and also the two complimentary drinks i received.
i noticed that the hotel could use some updates.

good experience in great hotel
convenient dining water bottle
the location near downtown felt great. the dining options onsite were convenient. i visited the bambu bar and grill terrace and had a nice experience with water bottle refills. i came by boat and enjoyed lunch.
the breakfast felt strange. i paid for three adults, yet only two breakfasts were included. this felt odd.
