I had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us, especially Patrick, who went above and beyond to resolve our booking issues. The room was spacious and clean, but we faced some hiccups with the amenities such as the breakfast options and missing towels. The property is located conveniently close to downtown Helen, making it easy to explore the area.
