My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall due to ongoing renovations and poor upkeep. While I did encounter a few friendly staff members, the service was inconsistent, and the room conditions left much to be desired. The location was decent, but the lack of proper amenities and cleaning made my experience worse. I ultimately had to find accommodation elsewhere.

The room was not well maintained; there was mildew in the shower and the bathroom lacked basic supplies like hand soap. I couldn't even stay because the A/C wasn't working, and the alternative room offered was dirty.

Service was lackluster and the front desk staff seemed unengaged. They did move me to another room, but the initial response to my concerns about the internet and TV was frustrating.
