The hotel offered a full breakfast onsite. This was very helpful.
The ac in my room was leaking onto the floor, so i informed the front desk staff. they said they would shop vac the area, but that never happened. They only put a floor fan in front of the ac. i also couldn't change the temperature from 68.

The hotel offered a very good breakfast! It included fresh fruit salad and rotating hot items daily. I booked a room overlooking the inner courtyard. It proved to be worthwhile. The bar served drinks one could enjoy in the courtyard. The bartender was friendly.
The parking was somewhat limited.

the employees i interacted with were amazing. the breakfast was varied and pretty tasty, even for a picky eater (especially the fruit). the hotel is near many points of interest. public transportation. i found the service very friendly, i really felt they cared if i was having a good time in the city.
Housekeeping can be challenging because they don't return if you're in the room during their morning rounds. Knowing their specific hours could help.

The staff responded quickly to all requests. The courtyard was peaceful, a nice spot to relax. I enjoyed the breakfast served each day. It was good (the grits were especially savory!). The bar offered convenient service with a skilled bartender ready to craft a drink.

My stay had a few problems. I asked for room service. It never came. The room reeked of humidity, and there was dust everywhere. I had to unplug the fridge each night because it was so loud. It was annoying!
