I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic for exploring historic Savannah, with easy access to many attractions. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as I faced multiple issues with room cleaning and staff responsiveness. Overall, I was disappointed in the management's ability to handle the hotel during a busy weekend, which diminished the enjoyment of my stay.
