“Our room was located on the second floor with a nice view, and I appreciated the spacious layout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic for exploring historic Savannah, with easy access to many attractions. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as I faced multiple issues with room cleaning and staff responsiveness. Overall, I was disappointed in the management's ability to handle the hotel during a busy weekend, which diminished the enjoyment of my stay.

The room was not properly cleaned during my stay, with stains on the carpet and bathroom floor. There were also trash bags left outside the door, which was not pleasant.

Service was frustrating, as I encountered rude staff and delays in housekeeping. I often had to chase down clean towels and seek assistance, which was disappointing.

The location is ideal for exploring Savannah, as everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient for sightseeing.
