I enjoyed the convenient location. It made accessing transport easy. The staff was very helpful, especially with directions. i appreciated the provided coffee, tea, muffins, and yogurt for breakfast. The restaurant was unique and a must try.
noise levels are too much. active drug deals occur outside. rooms smell MUGGY.

I found the front desk staff kind. They were always ready to help. the complimentary breakfast with the coffee maker in the room was a sweet surprise. the free luggage storage was useful, allowing me to explore without burdens. the staff's thoughtful gestures definitely enhanced my experience.
the surrounding area felt a little unsafe at night due to homeless individuals, somewhat unsettling.

Excellent Stay with a Few Minor Points
friendly staff restaurant recommendation helpful staff complementary breakfast
I found the staff was super friendly. Punya greeted me upon arrival. He offered wine and restaurant recommendations, a nice touch. Jimmy also helped me store a bike and dye my hair, being helpful. The complementary breakfast includes water, coffee, tea. some muffins.
The windows had minimal soundproofing, so street noise was audible at times. It was never too disturbing, but I did notice it some evenings.

The hotel provides lockers. These lockers offer secure bag storage before check-in and after check-out. The washroom size is decent, and all these facilities.

The location allows walking distance to the BART and F Streetcar. There are many food options located nearby, so finding somewhere to eat is never difficult. This central spot makes exploring very easy.
