Bogoria House offers studios and apartments with queen-size or king-size beds, many with views of the castle or the quiet street. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix, Prime), a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Some units, like the Corner Suite, feature a sofa bed. Note that many apartments are open-plan, so privacy between sleeping and living areas is limited.

Bogoria House does not have an on-site restaurant or serve breakfast. Each apartment provides a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge, and basic crockery and cutlery. A mini-mart is about 200 metres away, and numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk on Grodzka Street and around the Main Square. Guests can also use the rooftop terrace for snacks and drinks.

The property has a sun terrace on the roof with furniture and views of Wawel Castle. Free WiFi is available throughout. On the ground floor, a luggage room lets you store bags before check-in or after check-out. There is no gym, spa, or pool. For activities, the hotel suggests walking tours; a QR code in the lobby links to a free walking tour (tips appreciated).

Bogoria House sits on a quiet side street off Grodzka, halfway between the Main Square (5 min walk) and Wawel Royal Castle (5 min walk). Other nearby landmarks include St. Mary's Basilica (500 m), Planty Park, and Galeria Krakowska. The main train station is 15 minutes on foot. An airport shuttle (John Paul II Kraków-Balice, 14 km) is available for a fee. Trams and taxis stop a few minutes away; note that Ubers must drop off at the edge of the pedestrian zone.

Bogoria House uses self-check-in with a door code and a key safe near the lift on the ground floor. There is no reception desk or on-site staff; communication happens via messaging app (WhatsApp or Booking.com chat). The property offers express check-in/check-out, private check-in/check-out, and a paid airport shuttle (pickup and drop-off). Family rooms are available, and pets are allowed. Cleaning is not provided during stays; extra towels can be requested via message. There is no room service, business center, or concierge.
