The rooftop lounge was amazing with views of the chrysler building. The complimentary coffee tasted great. i liked the water fill stations on each floor, they were very convenient! the room felt spacious for its type, and the bathroom had a powerful, refreshing shower.
The check-in process felt long. I had to wait about half an hour even after the stated check-in time, which wasn't very convenient, i must say.

The location was central and convenient. Major tourist sites, shopping, subways, and restaurants were all within easy reach. grand central terminal was also nearby.

The staff was thoughtful and were really nice too help. Eli, in particular, was especially helpful during check-in, even letting me access my room early. luggage storage was also available, so i didn't need to stress about my belongings after check-out.

The hotel gave me free water bottles all the time. Good WiFi worked well, I liked it. The room also has a Nespresso machine with free capsules. The staff was very cute. I found the room spacious and it had a table where I ate. The bed and pillows felt very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, an adjustable showerhead, and quality shampoo and soap.
The check in process went slowly. I had to wait a while for my room.
