the staff was friendly and helpful with my luggage. the room was clean. i liked that the building had a lovely , modern feel. it smelled amazing when i walked in.
The rooms are not soundproof , so i could hear street noise. the heating system cannot be individually controlled. my room was far too warm. the mini bar didn't work . There was no plug to turn it on.

i stayed in a family room with two other companions. we enjoyed a clear view toward a famous tower. the white linen on each bed added a fresh, clean feel to the room. the bathroom also features floor heating, an unexpected amenity.
i did notice some street noise, but it wasn't too loud and didn't affect my nights rest.

The room was quite noisy. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms (which was annoying). The elevator was also small. It could only fit one person at a time. Taking luggage up was inconvenient.
