Il Ristorante - Niko Romito features contemporary Italian cuisine. Chef Niko Romito spent two years studying traditional techniques and ingredients to create modern Italian dishes. The menu includes 'Antipasto all'Italiana' and versions of Lasagna, veal Milanese, Potato Ravioli with Red Prawns and Squids, and Tiramisù. Chef Niko has enriched the menu with new recipes created exclusively for the Italian property, such as Codfish, Potato Mayonnaise and Bell peppers, Black Pepper Beef, Tortelli with Ricotta cheese, Spinaches and 'Manteca' butter, Spaghetti and Tomato, and Bread and Chocolate. The dining room transitions from day to night, with outdoor dining during spring and summer. The Bvlgari Bar offers the Bvlgari aperitivo in an indoor-outdoor setting. The Afternoon Tea menu samples La Pasticceria collection, with five mignon versions of Chef Niko's creations included in the service. The Afternoon Tea menu includes Bomba with Milk Fed Veal and Tuna Sauce, Bread with Smoked Salmon, Wild Fennel and Orange and Mini Tomato Bruschetta.
