the hotel rooms are spacious and clean i also noticed the daily cleaning service it kept everything neat the staff are friendly and ready to assist the hotel returned the money i accidentally dropped it demonstrates genuine care.
i noticed some worn furnishings needing replacement in the rooms the carpets had areas where strings had been pulled and were fraying.

the hotel location is very central many important places are within walking distance of the hotel. there are many food options around the hotel with some great restaurants and stores.

cold roomextra bacon cost
the room temperature was a major issue! there was hardly any heat, and it stayed too cold despite attempts to adjust it. the staff only provided a small space heater instead of addressing the root problem. also, i was shocked to find that bacon cost extra during breakfast! an extra $5 just for bacon seemed excessive.

the hotel has a great location near the waterfront and the citadel. downtown and many attractions are easily accessible. the breakfast offered good choices. check-in was efficient and quick.
the hotel showed slight signs of age, but it was adequately maintained.

the breakfast had several options available. i found the food quality acceptable. coffee and tea were available in the lobby throughout the day, and it was a very nice perk.

I loved how central the location was. most major attractions were within easy walking distance, made exploring convenient. our room was ready when i arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, and the staff accommodated me without fuss. the room was spacious and had lots of natural light during the day. This.
the hotel restaurant's breakfast policy was inconvenient. bacon and sausage were not included in the complimentary breakfast, and i had to pay an additional fee for them. this surprised me and was a little frustrating

the hotel features a cozy rooftop patio, and i enjoyed the fitness center that has good equipment. a small hot tub with jets is available, and there is also a built-in sauna, which takes a while to warm up.

the room was spacious. my husband did work from the hotel without major inconvenience. the location allows easy access to the nearby conference center and many bars.
our room experience were not good. the room had a strong smell upon entering. some fixtures in the bedroom were not working.
