The room was very clean. The staff members were pleasant and super accommodating. The valet workers were AMAZING!!!
The hotel lacked coffee machines in the rooms. I had to visit the coffee shop on the first floor.

The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. The location is GREAT! It is close to everything. The decor was AMAZING!!!

The modern industrial design impressed me. It cleverly incorporated the original historic street front building. the room was clean. i especially liked the river view from the room. the location allows walking to beale street and other entertainment areas.
