charming stay close to attractions
helpful staff central location relaxing patio
the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. the central location made it easy to walk to many nearby attractions. the patio outside the bar was perfect with my family after a day of exploring.
the water pressure in my room's shower was noticeably low which impacted the shower experience

Comfortable stay near Fisherman's Wharf
great location comfortable bed easy parking
the location is great with walking distance to restaurants and the fisherman's wharf is about a 10 minute walk. the room featured a very comfortable bed and a cozy fireplace. the hotel provides easy parking close to the room which was very convenient for unloading luggage.
i arrived at the hotel at the standard check-in time of 4:00 pm but my room was not ready. i waited until 5:30 pm for the room and did not receive any gesture of accommodation for the delay. a complimentary drink would have been a nice touch during the wait.

Acceptable but flawed stay

The hotel restaurant provided a comfortable meal.
The room was not as expected. I found it needed a fresh coat of paint, and some furniture looked old. I was also surprised that the pool view was blocked by a fence.

Okay stay but some issues
heated pool spacious room downtown location hair clumps unclean bathroom many hotels
I liked that the heated pool was available. The rooms were sufficiently spacious and also well-located near downtown. I found that there was enough parking near the room too.
I noticed clumps of hair on the shower wall. It looked like someone pulled it from the drain and left it. The bathroom generally wasn't clean. There were a tons of other hotels nearby too.
