The bathroom impressed me. It was very modern and clean. the buffet was worth the 15€, and i found it suitable to pay for it at least one day .
The gym's internet connection was weak. the smart tv could not connect to the internet. Staff could not resolve the problem.

weak acshallow pool
the air conditioning barely worked i live nearby and wanted a cool escape but it was too warm. the pool was more like a shallow wading pool than a proper swimming area. the lack of good air conditioning was a real letdown it was uncomfortably warm even with the thermostat set low. the common areas also lacked adequate cooling making it unpleasant to be anywhere outside the room

The hotel is near the rail station. This made travel easy.
The rooms were loud. I could hear people in other rooms. there were no apologies from staff after my complaint. i expected a more considerate response.

the staff displayed genuine friendliness and provided attentive service throughout my visit. we got upgraded to a suite and it was super clean, i loved that. also, the hotel's location proved advantageous, providing easy access to buses and taxis for convenient transportation.

the hotel featured an amazing spa, ges spa, and i think that's wonderful. it offered a unique 75-minute experience for just €15 and that is really amazing for a hotel. i was thrilled with the quality.

the hotel is conveniently near a bus stop, a mere 5-minute walk. from there, it only takes 6-8 minutes to reach the cathedral. i found it convenient for exploring the area.

The air conditioning was quite weak. Outside the rooms, the temperature was even hotter. I really felt bad for employees who had to work in the heat with this air conditioning.

the room i got was very nice and clean. the breakfast had a good range of choices and tasted fresh. i enjoyed the rooftop area it had a good view of the city. the staff were helpful with directions.
the sound insulation was bad. i could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway. this disturb me at night and was a negative aspect of my stay.
