the location was good..
The room cleaning was not thorough. The toilet barely flushed. closet space was also limited. there was not enough room for more than one person's clothes outside of a suitcase. this.

i really appreciate the convenience to the financial district. the bottle filling stations were a nice extra. coffee machines in the lobby! i also used a meeting room, very helpful for my business there that week. as a woman traveling alone, i felt completely safe, so important to me.
The only very minor issue was the limited breakfast menu with only one sweet option. the food was very hearty and delicious. altering the menu had an additional cost, but i understand that.

The room included a nespresso machine. This was great. free water was available on each floor, a definite plus. the bed was very comfortable too. I had a very good sleep.

coffee and tea are available 24 hours, another excellent benefit. i also liked the filtered water dispensers with take-and-go bottles. Very convenient for daily outings.

Breakfast comes from the adjacent pub, accessible directly from inside. there are seven breakfast options available. i found the pub very charming and unique. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff were attentive. They helped when needed. check-in was fast and uncomplicated. the staff were also patient. i noticed they were multilingual. This is very convenient for international visitors.
