The location worked wonderfully. it was very near many places i hoped to visit. the free fancy coffee on the second floor really worked for me. It saved me at least $20 on coffee alone.
there was only one valet person for both hotels and there was severe delays retrieving a car.

the staff was very helpful. leo was helpful in getting us a fabulous room. the staff was helpful in answering questions and getting a car for us to the airport.

the hotel is close to the river. there is tons of dining and shopping options around. it is a few blocks from the park, that is close to the hotel. there is free coffee available on the second floor.

The room was super clean, and the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. The hotel also offered free coffee around the clock, a lovely perk.
The room was somewhat small, making it a bit tight for multiple suitcases.
