smaller room long time
the location was amazing (i mean, you can't beat that central spot).
the room was smaller than i expected from the pictures online, a bit of a letdown especially considering what i thought i was getting. i reminded me of i'd been bamboozled! also, it took a long time to get an extra luggage rack.

The location is very central and a short walk to Magnificent Mile. There are many shops and food options close to the hotel. I used the water bottle filling station on my floor and a coffee machine on the 2nd floor. Rooms include complimentary cleaning service available upon request.
The air conditioning unit did not cool my room as much as I would have liked.

The hotel provides easy access to Millennium Park and many stores. River walk was right across the street, giving access to water taxis to Chinatown. I found the location very convenient for exploring.

The location proved convenient for accessing many attractions. The staff members were helpful and courteous (a detail I appreciated). The hotel offers a complimentary self-serve laundry, a significant convenience . The upper street level placement of the hotel entrance is helpful to note for first-time drivers.
I noticed that the gym had issues with the AC. It felt quite warm. Despite reporting the issue, it wasn't resolved . The AC unit in the room also made a lot of noise.

The reception team was very friendly. They offered assistance with directions. The staff addressed inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Tea, coffee, and water were accessible on the second floor, quite convenient. Free water dispensers were available on each floor, a notable advantage given the cost of bottled water. A gym is on site, giving an opportunity to work out.

great location free coffee
The location worked wonderfully. it was very near many places i hoped to visit. the free fancy coffee on the second floor really worked for me. It saved me at least $20 on coffee alone.
the elevator took a while. there was only one valet person for both hotels and there was severe delays retrieving a car.

the staff was very helpful. leo was helpful in getting us a fabulous room. the staff was helpful in answering questions and getting a car for us to the airport.

the hotel is close to the river. there is tons of dining and shopping options around. it is a few blocks from the park, that is close to the hotel. there is free coffee available on the second floor.

The room was super clean, and the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. The hotel also offered free coffee around the clock, a lovely perk.
The room was somewhat small, making it a bit tight for multiple suitcases.
