i appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the metro. The self-service kiosks made check-in straightforward. The staff was always ready to assist, very helpful. I also liked that they stored my luggage after i checked out.
The outdated facilities bothered me. Our room felt small and worn. the towels and sheets weren't clean. i had to request toilet paper and towels multiple times. the plastic cutlery at breakfast was not classy.

The hotel's location provides perfect access to public transport, especially the tram lines, making museum visits easier, also several restaurants and downtown spots were close by and accessible.

i appreciated the excellent location near the train stop. The guest closet, stocked with useful supplies, was very thoughtful! The ability to get filtered water and hot drinks from the lobby was also a nice perk.
the noise from nearby rooms kept me awake at night, quite disruptive.

The lobby area featured a complimentary coffee machine offering cappuccino, a rare treat during my travels! There was also a guest request closet on my floor. it was unfortunately empty , disappointing.

The hotel restaurant provided breakfast. The breakfast crew was very helpful. I noticed they seemed to be short-staffed in the morning, so service was a bit slow. i recommend the restaurant!

The room seemed a bit worn. the carpet had some noticeable stains. also, the ice machine was out of service during my entire stay. That was disappointing. i had to go to another floor each time i wanted ice!

the location was acceptable it was close to several attractions.
the room lacked a fridge i found this inconvenient for storing leftovers and drinks housekeeping services were not provided daily unless specifically requested this policy was not clearly communicated at check-in i also noted the absence of a safe in the room this omission made me uneasy about the security of my valuables.

I found the filtered water stations on each floor really useful. It's a great way to stay hydrated (especially in the texas heat). the lobby's coffee machine, offering cappuccino, was a welcome perk. also, the hotel's proximity to the train stop made getting around simple and efficient.
The room i had initially overlooked a wall. It wasn't the most inspiring view to wake up to. while the staff were generally helpful, resolving the issue took a bit longer than i expected. hopefully, they can improve the consistency of room allocation based on guest preferences in the future.
