The BART station is a block or two away. This location made getting around convenient. I enjoyed walking to places like the Ferry Building.
The room did not have a microwave or mini fridge. I booked a basic room and it was tiny. I would upgrade to a premium room to get extra space.

i found the location ideal for exploring. i appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby around the clock. the eleventh floor viewing area provided wonderful night views of the cityscape and the staff were friendly and helpful.
the lighting for makeup in the room was not bright enough for my needs. the bathroom door did not clasp properly leaving a noticeable gap when closed.
