I loved the free laundry facility. It really helped me pack light. The gym was also a great bonus. It had everything I needed for a good workout! I really liked the lounge area. It provided a quiet space to relax after sightseeing. The location made it easy to get around and see all the sights!
The check-in line was surprisingly long. I had to wait a while to get my room key. This was frustrating after a long journey, and I wish there were more staff available during peak hours.

the location allows convenient access to many attractions. the room was very comfy and tidy. i appreciated liz at reception for providing great service. the hotel provided a safe location .
the air conditioning in the room did not cool the space effectively. i found the room at 78 degrees on arrival. after turning it down, the temperature barely changed over several hours.

The room was a letdown. The carpet near the door had a prominent stain. the air conditioning unit looked worn, with chipped edges that detracted from the room's appearance. It did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and upkeep.

The BART station is a block or two away. This location made getting around convenient. I enjoyed walking to places like the Ferry Building.
The room did not have a microwave or mini fridge. I booked a basic room and it was tiny. I would upgrade to a premium room to get extra space.

i found the location ideal for exploring. i appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby around the clock. the eleventh floor viewing area provided wonderful night views of the cityscape and the staff were friendly and helpful.
the lighting for makeup in the room was not bright enough for my needs. the bathroom door did not clasp properly leaving a noticeable gap when closed.
