Room options include two double beds, three double beds, two three-quarter beds, one queen bed, or one king bed. Each room includes free Wi-Fi, cable television, a telephone, a hairdryer, and a clock radio. Rooms also have individual heating and air-conditioning controls, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. Bathrooms have bathtubs and showers with safety bars. Partially wheelchair-accessible rooms are available with raised toilet seats and extra bath grab handles. Deluxe rooms add a king bed, a single jetted tub, a gas fireplace, an iron and ironing board, and a larger refrigerator. Premium rooms feature a king-size bed, a two-person jacuzzi, a double hide-a-bed couch, and a gas fireplace. Family rooms have three double beds.

The Colonial Resort-1000Islands offers two dining rooms, Colonial and Islander, which seat up to 180 guests total. A la carte dining is not available. The Library Bar is open during group dinners in the dining room.
