“The property's beauty makes an immediate impression, especially given its location along the Arno. Its architectural design strikes me as particularly successful, blending a historical feel with modern luxury. While I am impressed by most aspects, the breakfast service seems to need attention to match the standards of a supposed five-star experience.”
