“I see a mix of experiences here. While some guests praised the attentive service, particularly highlighting the breakfast staff and assistance with luggage, others reported significant issues with cleanliness and inconsistent policies. It seems potential guests should weigh reports of friendly staff against concerns about room conditions and unexpected charges.”
