Cortiina Hotel features rooms and suites with free Sky TV, DVD players, and two telephone lines with mailbox function. The CORTIINA Cosy (14 m²) is near the elevator. CORTIINA Single (20 m²) overlooks the courtyard and has a bathroom with views of the living area. CORTIINA Superior (30 m²) includes natural woods and Jura natural stone. CORTIINA Double Deluxe (45 m²) features stone pine furnishings and a bathroom with views into the sleeping area. Junior Suites (55 m²) include a desk, seating area, and some have kitchenettes. CORTIINA Suites (60 m²) offer separate living areas, a guest WC, a whirlpool bath, and a walk-in closet. The Two Bedroom Suites (60 m²) have two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, and two bathrooms made of Jura natural stone. The maisonette suite offers two levels with a kitchen and two balconies overlooking Orlandohaus.
Dining at Cortiina
Cortiina prides itself on dining. The hotel features a wine bar, a restaurant with Rudi Kull and Albert Weinzierl, and a breakfast buffet with regional cold cuts, cheese, baked goods, muesli, salads, and sweet items. Regional dishes complement the wine selection. Afternoon tea and cake are available daily (except Saturdays) from 2-5 pm. Italian food and drinks are served on the terrace from 12 pm-3 pm. The hotel also works with Brenner Grill, Buffet Kull, Bar Centrale, and Riva Bar.

Georg Friedrich Christian Bürklein, also responsible for Munich's main station, designed the houses. Stone pine furnishings and natural stone tiling create a feeling of well being, pure natural rubber mattresses and unbleached cotton sheets extraordinary comfort
