i stayed in a queen room two queen beds. black makeup towels were a unique, practical feature. charging points in the bedside tables were useful.

tender dreamclean layout
my stay seemed like a tender dream, the location allowed us exploration of many downtown spots nearby. the room felt very clean, we found a great layout. the staff exudes kindness, easy interactions with everyone was a plus.

the king room offered a spacious layout, this includes two separate sinks in the bathroom, we could use the rainfall shower for a calming experience. the room temperature was easy to adjust.

the staff always provided quick assistance, they addressed every question we had with a gentle manner. valet parking was available, this added convenience. the concierge seemed very informed, always ready with recommendations.

the fitness center includes three treadmills, these offered a variety for routines. the pool area has many loungers, a shaded section allowed relaxation. i noticed a business center, that had multiple computers.

I found the location very convenient to the city center. the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful. the hotel was very clean, i noticed.
the coffee machine in the room was of low quality, i must admit.

the gym had modern equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. comfortable seating areas were available throughout the lobby, and they looked well-kept and clean.

The hotel is centrally located in the downtown area. restaurants are only a short walk away. access to public transportation is very easy from this hotel. I noticed several bus stops nearby.

Breakfast was delicious at the hotel restaurant. the rooftop restaurant had a nice view. i believe there was a starbucks machine available , for a coffee. The breakfast tasted good!

the location was okay, not too far from SOME things.
The room cleaning schedule was frustrating. It only happened every other day? that's ridiculous. also, the staff acted like I was bothering them. i had questions about the duplicate charge on my card and they were SO unhelpful, it was infuriating!
