this hotel connects straight to terminal 1, so it was really handy. my room was very clean and comfy thanks to lupita. i also asked for a sky garden view and got it. the restaurant was tasty too.
the front desk lady was not very helpful. she seemed like she didn't want to be there.

the shuttle runs every twenty minutes and i find it quite personable. the staff seemed attentive and polite and the restaurant staff was also excellent and the service perfect, the food was awesome too.

This hotel is directly in terminal one which is so convenient. the sky bridge made it very easy to walk over from the airport. This is super strategic when you want a stop for a connecting flight.

Alejandra at reception remembered me from my first visit a week earlier, it was a very nice personal touch. The hotel offers ground transportation every 20 minutes from Terminal 2, this made getting to the hotel very easy with luggage.
The ventilation was not ideal. The air felt stuffy and it was not possible to open the window, this impacted my comfort . I think better ventilation could really enhance the guest experience.

Room service is available 24 hours, useful for travelers with late arrivals or early departures. The restaurant was recently remodeled and offers a variety of food choices. Breakfast service starts early to accommodate early flights.
