tiny pillowsroom service
i was really disappointed that room service didn't come to my room even once during my three-day trip i asked about it on the last day and was told they only come when you request it i found no signage explaining this and this wasn't communicated at check-in the pillows were also tiny starburst squares which was quite uncomfortable

the airport shuttle was convenient, i will say.
I found some food from a previous guest on the floor in my room (a standard king non smoking). also, the wallpaper in the bathroom could use some attention. It looked a bit worn.

the room rate seemed quite high for the dated appearance of the building. it reminded me of stepping back in time to a previous decade. the breakfast area was too small. i waited a long time for a table and ended up eating standing up.
