My room included a spa on a loft. The view of the canal and garden from my room was gorgeous. The staff members were very attentive. They quickly handled any requests.
Basic amenities were missing from my room. I did not have a kettle or a toothbrush. The air conditioning kept turning off every two hours. I woke up several times due to the heat and requested it be turned on again
