I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious and clean with a great view, the service fell short during check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic, right on the Riverwalk, making it easy to access many attractions. However, the unexpected valet charges and the frustrating billing issue were quite disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but faced some inconveniences.
