the early check in i got at the front desk was a great start. i appreciated this. the room i stayed in was very spacious. the staff at the guest relations counter were also very helpful.

I enjoyed the upgraded room located on the top floor. It was a surprise. The staff offered excellent service . I found the team to be friendly and quite well-organized. Breakfast was fantastic and provided a great start to each day.
The elevators sometimes seemed a bit slow. That was the only minor issue .

The room featured a large, comfortable bed with plenty of storage space. I found nice china cups, as well as good quality tea and coffee supplies. Excellent toiletries were provided, too.

i found the hotel was luxurious, with amazing and friendly staff always willing to help. the location was great, near the arc de triomphe and champs elysees. the staff helped, i appreciated their relaxed attitude. the quality of service and products in the bar and restaurant were also good.

the room included two comfortable double beds and a bright, airy ambiance i appreciated. the climate control system worked well, it maintained a stable temperature. the bathroom was clean, it featured essential toiletries and soft towels.

the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, i noticed fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. the bar offered a wide selection of drinks, it had a relaxed atmosphere. the restaurant's menu featured a range of classic french dishes.

the fitness center included several treadmills and weight machines, i saw plenty of equipment for a full workout. the hotel's garden provided a calm escape, it was well maintained. wifi was available throughout the hotel without issues.

staff members were professional, they were quick to respond to requests. the concierge helped with directions, and provided recommendations for local attractions. the housekeeping staff kept the room tidy, they ensured a very comfortable stay.

the hotel was near many attractions, including the arc de triomphe and champs elysees. public transportation was easily accessible, it allowed convenient travel around the city. the neighborhood felt safe, i enjoyed many evening walks.

the car park facilities were good, it was convenient.
I booked a room. it was not ready when i arrived at the hotel so i had to wait. i waited a long time for the room to be prepared. They also didn't provide extra pillows. the air conditioning also did not work correctly, it. I was very disappointed.
