excellent location helpful staff notable cleanliness convenient access
this hotel's location is excellent, i found it very easy to access various venues. the staff was consistently pleasant and helpful, which i definitely appreciated. the cleanliness of the hotel was notable, as was the convenient access to rideshares. i especially liked the bar on level 2, it was great.
the noise levels were a little higher than i preferred.

i observed the valet parking offered a convenient service arriving by car. the front desk staff was available 24 hours to assist with any needs. i found the team to be very attentive and helpful , resolving queries quickly.

helpful staff good location closed restaurant no microwave
the staff was very helpful i notice. check in was simple and easy. food choices near by are great and in a good location. the shopping center its a nice walk to.
i did booked this hotel for a business trip, it was not good. the restaurant in the hotel stayed closed sunday thru thursday. i couldn't use a microwave on site.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the King Room Disability Access. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well each of the three nights. I found the staff very helpful with directions, and they were always quick with the valet parking (this service was very useful!). The location was also ideal, with access to the nearby attractions.
I found a small amount of dust in one corner of the room on arrival.
