All rooms feature a Nespresso coffee bar, a fridge, Telus Optik TV, Waterford crystal glassware, and bathrobes. Microwaves are available upon request. A room with 2 beds is acceptable for a family of 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant. The Heritage Queen Guestrooms offer mountain views and are located on the second and third floors of the Heritage building, each with its own style and configuration.

Hotel Eldorado restaurants celebrate regional farm-to-table ingredients and local Okanagan wines. Lakeside Dining Room offers AAA Sterling Silver Beef and seafood.
