crowded arealoud unitmachinery noise
the breakfast was acceptable, though the area was crowded.
i found the air conditioning unit loud in my room and it really disturbed my sleep. i also heard constant machinery noise outside, it was really bothersome at night. the staff did not seem to care when i mentioned it (i wasn't expecting that).

I loved the fresh cookies offered each afternoon. They reminded me of a sweet welcome each day. the staff was so kind. They. our room was super clean, with extra pillows. It felt luxurious. breakfast had good options and fueled our adventures.

The room had individual climate control. This allowed us to adjust the temperature. plenty of extra towels and pillows were available. We were always comfortable. individual thermostats ensured consistent comfort.

The pool included both indoor and outdoor sections. This offers relaxation any time of year. the pool area features a gas fireplace. We found it very romantic. two jacuzzis are available. Both are relaxing.

The front desk provides quick check-in services. It made our arrival smooth. the staff was courteous and pleasant. I liked their warm greetings. they where helpful with directions.
