“During my stay, I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and was blown away by the service and the food. Taleya, my server, was incredibly cute and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my meal. The highlight was a 16oz ribeye steak prepared by the cook, Joi, who even checked on my meal personally. This steak was better than what you'd find at local steakhouses. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms left much to be desired and definitely need an update. The amenities and dining were decent, but the overall cleanliness and condition of the room detracted from the experience.

The rooms were in rough shape, with worn-out furniture and an unpleasant smell that reminded me of cigarettes. There were noticeable stains on the seating and the overall cleanliness was not up to par.

The staff was really friendly and went above and beyond to help with our check-in delay, presenting goodie bags as a nice touch. However, the inconsistency in service could be improved.

The hotel's location was convenient and put me in the center of everything I needed. There wasn't anything bad to say about where it was situated.
