My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the room was spacious and the staff were generally helpful, I experienced significant issues with the air conditioning and the hot water during my visit. I loved the breakfast options and the friendly atmosphere, but the discomfort from the heat and lack of hot water really impacted my overall experience.

The room was spacious and fit our needs, but it suffered from inadequate air conditioning which made it uncomfortable. Rating: 6/10.

Service

The service was a bit hit or miss; although some staff members were helpful, I encountered issues with responsiveness when addressing my problems with the air conditioning. Rating: 5/10.

The location was convenient for our activities, but navigating the area was a bit tricky and uncomfortable at times. Rating: 7/10.
