Each unit at Encanto Riviera comes with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Some apartments feature a private pool or a terrace with city views. Beds are large and comfortable, and the apartments are spacious, as noted by guests. Family rooms are available, and all units provide bed linen and towels.

The beach is steps away, and 5th Avenue with shops and restaurants is a 10-minute walk. The Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal is also nearby. Cozumel International Airport is 35 km from the property.

Free WiFi is available in selected areas and shared facilities. The property offers a concierge service, an on-site grocery shopping service, and a safety deposit box in each room.
