Completely renovated in 2022, Ensana Thermal Margaret Island provides rooms with a balcony overlooking the Danube or the park. Room options include double and twin rooms. Junior Suites are located on the 8th or 9th floors and Suites on the 8th floor, with a living room. Each room includes ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, soundproofed rooms, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. A separate toilet is available in addition to the bathroom. Extra beds are not available in all room types.
Dining on Site
Ensana Thermal Margaret Island includes the Széchenyi Restaurant, located in the neighboring Grand Hotel, which offers traditional Hungarian dishes and a garden terrace. The Platán Restaurant serves international and Hungarian dishes. The refurbished Platán Restaurant features gray floors, an outdoor terrace, large windows, and live cooking stations. A rich buffet breakfast is offered at the Platán Restaurant, from spring through autumn on the outdoor terrace. The hotel's food options include low-fat, low-calorie dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. A Gala dinner is included on December 31.

Guests can access several thermal pools drawing on the island's three natural springs, a whirlpool tub, a Kneipp cave, separate saunas for men and women, a steam bath, an aroma cabin, and a fitness room. The state-of-the-art Health Club offers professional fitness coaching and group and fitness classes. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a salt cave. Mechanotherapy, hydrotherapy, and electrotherapy treatments, combined with medicinal waters and Hévíz mud, address musculoskeletal disorders, stress-related problems, nervous system disorders, and lymph flow issues. Cosmetic, dental, ophthalmic, and cosmetic-surgery treatments are performed. The water can also be taken internally.
