Completely renovated in 2022, Ensana Thermal Margaret Island provides rooms with a balcony overlooking the Danube or the park. Room options include double and twin rooms. Junior Suites are located on the 8th or 9th floors and Suites on the 8th floor, with a living room. Each room includes ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, soundproofed rooms, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. A separate toilet is available in addition to the bathroom. Extra beds are not available in all room types.

Cosmetic, dental, ophthalmic, and cosmetic-surgery treatments are performed. The water can also be taken internally.
