Espace Elastique B&B offers rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Deluxe Room is designed for couples and includes a balcony. The Standard Room features pastel blue/lilac lighting. The Family Suite includes a balcony and accommodates more guests. This family room features a seating area and is pet-friendly for up to 2 pets under 10 kg. If three people are staying in the double room, the third person will be accommodate in a rollaway bed. When there are more than four guests in the family room, a double size futon mattress is available for the extra one or two guest(s).

The B&B offers foods and drinks that fuse Tai O ingredients. It sells freshly brewed coffee, draught beers, red and white wines, local and imported craft beers, homemade cakes, and snacks. Freshly baked chiffon cakes are typically available on weekends. Guests can order custom-made cakes.

From the Hong Kong International Airport, guests can take a Lantau (blue) taxi to Tai O (approximately 40 minutes) or bus S1 to Tung Chung, then NLB bus no. 11 (45 minutes). From Central, the MTR Tung Chung Line connects to Tung Chung station, then NLB bus no. 11. Alternatively, ferries from Central Pier 6 go to Mui Wo, then NLB bus no. 1. From Kowloon, switch from the MTR to bus no. 11 at Lai King station. Fortune Ferry Co. Ltd. operates ferry services from Tuen Mun to Tai O with stopovers at Tung Chung and Sha Lo Wan. The B&B is a 5-minute walk from the bus terminus.

Espace Elastique B&B offers contactless check-in. Personnel of Customer Service shall reply to particular requests within one to three days. Late check-out is available at 1 pm for HK$100 per hour, subject to availability. Only one extra guest is allowed for each room.
