We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which featured clean and spacious rooms perfect for families. The kid-friendly amenities, particularly the pool and game room, were a hit! However, the service varied; while some staff were helpful, we did encounter one unwelcoming receptionist. Additionally, the cleanliness of some areas could use more attention for the price we paid.
