“In my opinion, Extended Stay America Suites - Buffalo - Amherst seems to struggle with consistent upkeep and cleanliness, which significantly impacts the guest experience. Reports of broken amenities and inadequate room conditions are concerning, and suggest a need for immediate improvements in maintenance and service. For travelers prioritizing a reliably clean and well-maintained environment, other options might be preferable.”
