prime location complimentary waters slow service cold soup
i really loved how close the chateau laurier was to everything. dining options were nearby, and major attractions were within walking distance. i was allowed into my room before check-in time. the room included complementary waters and was well air conditioned.
there were only two people at the desk. the food service at wilfred was slower than expected. My soup was not hot.

mixed stay, some issues with noise and amenities
poor insulation limited space
the hotel's location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The noise insulation in my room was poor. I could hear conversations and other disturbances from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly. the minibar was stocked, however, i found limited space for personal items in the room.
