The housekeeping was excellent. I had so many towels. the restaurants were also excellent. Everything tasted so good. the staff were friendly and helpful. i was very pleased!
The ac unit was huge! it was not very good, and it was on 24/7. it was set at 12 degrees. It couldn't get below 20. i was too warm.

the hotel features a gym. it has treadmills and stationary bikes! there are also free weights available for guest use, so you can continue with your fitness program even when you are traveling.

The rooms include separate sinks. That was very convenient for me. rainfall showers provide a luxurious touch. plenty of seating allowed for comfortable relaxation in the room. the room has good lighting

Wilfred's restaurant has a limited menu. the terrace offers limited choices too! breakfast was very good. Eggs are made to order and are excellent, so you will start your day in a great way.

The hotel is near a shopping center. That is very convenient for shopping enthusiasts like me. it is a short walk to the canadian senate building. the location allows convenient access to various city attractions.

The room had tasteful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very luxurious. Bath products included soap with a beautiful rose scent. I appreciated the hotel recovering and shipping computer charging cables left behind.
