The resort offers a fun environment with clean and spacious villas, perfect for families. The staff is incredibly helpful, particularly Alejandro, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. However, the shuttle service to the theme parks is quite limited, which made transportation a bit of a hassle. The pool area is a highlight with various activities, but be aware of the absence of on-site dining options.
