great location peaceful courtyard interesting books bad service system error incorrect check-in
the location was great. it was very easy to reach the main spots we wanted. i also loved sitting in the courtyard to have lunch, it was so peaceful. the room was large, clean, and full of interesting books.
the front desk service was not good. when i arrived, the person behind the desk didn't acknowledge me at all. the server couldn't find us in the system.
