The staff was attentive and very helpful with all requests. The spa offered a private experience, it was available for exclusive use once per day. The room had perfect air temperature and modern facilities overall. I am grateful for the care taken to keep the room so clean.

mediocre stay with SOME ISSUES
dust accumulationunreliable wifi
The room was not AS CLEAN as expected. i observed dust accumulation on surfaces. also, the wifi connectivity proved to be unreliable. It hampered my ability to work remotely. the staff did little to remedy these problems.

The staff was helpful. they offered great restaurant recommendations near the hotel. the room size was good. the bed was enormous and comfortable! i liked the shower. The water pressure was great after a long day of tourism!!!
I noticed some chipped paint on the walls. the hotel claimed to be a five-star hotel. I would say it's more like a three-star hotel.

the room was a good size and had a boutique-type feel. there were complimentary shower gels. the bed was comfy. the rooms were soundproofed as i did not hear anything.

I found several excellent features here. The staff provided quick assistance. The room included a Nespresso machine. A local supermarket near the hotel made it easy to get supplies. I appreciated the proximity to multiple metro stations, giving convenient access to other attractions.
