local attractions convenient location hotel cleanliness
the front desk staff offered useful recommendations for local attractions like the lincoln park zoo. i appreciated the convenient location near michigan avenue and many restaurants within walking distance. the hotel's cleanliness was notable making my short stay comfortable
i noticed a lack of mini refrigerator in the room. i feel it would have added convenience .

My room included a television with many channels and a well-stocked mini bar. The hotel provides complimentary coffee and fruit in the lobby each morning (I especially liked the apples!).
The elevators were a bit slow at peak times.

location decent, room issues though
small room noisy air conditioning
location were good, close to stuff i wanted to see, that was about it.
Room was small, like, really small. air conditioning did not worked proper, kept making noise. the fridge was also missing at first. I needed to ask for it to be brought up. hand soap in the bathroom wasn't there either. Had to call about that too.
